Have fun cooking and be healthy!

Always yours Alena Tereshina.

Step 1: Prepare the cookie dough.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator a couple of minutes before you start making the cookies, but do not let them become too soft.
Mash the butter with the chicken egg. Add sugar here and mix everything very well.
Now the dough includes yogurt, salt and vanilla sugar. After adding these ingredients, you again need to mix everything well.
Coarsely chop the walnuts and well-washed and dried dried fruits. Add everything to the total mass.

Pour oatmeal and baking powder into the dough. Mix everything until smooth.
At the very end, add flour and knead well again.
You will get a sticky and very soft, pliable mass.

Step 2: bake cookies with nuts and dried fruits.

Place a tablespoon of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment. Place future cookies at a short distance from each other, as they will spread during baking. You don't want to end up with one big cookie instead of several small ones?!

Bake the nut cookies in a well-heated oven until 170 degrees oven for 12-14 minutes until they are nicely browned.
The finished baked goods should be allowed to cool completely, and then you can safely try them, in a bite with tea, of course.

Step 3: serve cookies with nuts and dried fruits.

Cookies with nuts and dried fruits are a wonderful dessert at any time of the year, for adults and children. This is a very tasty pastry, especially for those who do not like a lot of sugar in their food. Cookies go well with hot tea, warming cocoa and cool milk.
Bon appetit!

Choose dried fruits for cookies according to your taste.

Instead of sugar, you can use a sweetener. You only need about 1/2 tablespoon.

Ingredients:

100 grams soft butter

150 grams of sugar

1.5 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon vanillin

1 cup dried fruits

14 heaped tablespoons of flour

Turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a deep container, mix butter, sugar, vanillin, eggs and the zest of one lemon.

Then add sifted premium wheat flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

Cut dried fruits into small pieces. Any will do - dried apricots, dates, raisins, figs, cherries, cranberries, prunes.

Pour the prepared dried fruits into the dough and mix again. You can also add any chopped nuts.

Place the dough on a baking sheet with parchment. Since it is very soft, we take it with wet fingers and form two identical long loaves.

Place them at a distance from each other, because they will increase in size during baking. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and bake until beautifully golden brown.

Remove from the oven and leave for 10-15 minutes to cool. Then, directly on the baking sheet, cut each loaf crosswise into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick.

Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Then add the egg, soft butter and water.

Knead soft and elastic dough. Place the dough in a bag and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.

While our dough is resting, let's make the filling. Pour boiling water over dried fruits (prunes and dried apricots) and drain in a colander.

You can use any nuts, I used walnuts.

Peel the apple and cut into pieces.

Place dried fruits, apple, nuts and vanilla sugar into a blender bowl.

Blend the mixture with a blender until smooth and the cookie filling is ready.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, like dumplings. Cut out circles using a shot glass or thin glass.

Place a small amount of filling on the dough (in the center of each circle). Secure the edges of each circle and form a dumpling.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place cookies with dried fruits and nuts. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the dumpling cookies at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes (until golden brown).

Cool the finished cookies slightly, then transfer them to a bag and add a couple of tablespoons of powdered sugar. Tie the bag and shake it well so that the cookies are completely covered with powder.
