Ingredients for the dough:

  • fresh sour cream - 250 g;
  • vinegar - 5 ml;
  • regular sugar - 200 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • cocoa powder - 70 g;
  • baking soda - 8 g;
  • sifted flour - 260 g;
  • breadcrumbs, dark chocolate.

For the cream we prepare:

  • vanillin;
  • homemade sour cream - 500 ml;
  • powdered sugar - up to 100 g.

To soak the cake you will need:

  • cognac, boiled water - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • powdered sugar - 2 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Place fresh eggs in the bowl of a food processor or mixer. Add granulated sugar, beat the mixture for up to 5 minutes, using high speed of the unit. We get a lush mass of light shade.
  2. Now we definitely add homemade fat sour cream. Despite the fact that the dough recipe contains a fermented milk product that can extinguish soda, we dilute it in vinegar to eliminate the taste of sodium bicarbonate in the finished product.
  3. Stir the mixture, sift portions of flour (in two or three additions), without stopping to break up any lumps that form. There can be a little more or less of the bulk composition so that the result of kneading is a dough with a consistency slightly thicker than high-quality homemade sour cream.
  4. Divide the mixture equally into two bowls. Mix one part of the product with cocoa powder.
  5. We treat the springform pans with oil, pour the prepared dough into different baking dishes, and place in the oven for 30 minutes (180 °C). Do not open the oven for the first 20 minutes. We take out the finished cakes and leave the baked goods on the wire rack for another quarter of an hour.
  6. Beat the cream components with a mixer. To do this, spend no more than 2 minutes so that the fatty sour cream does not turn into oil.
  7. We cut the golden donuts into halves, separate the crispy crusts, combine them with cream, and place them on the middle layer of the cake while decorating it.
  8. Mix the impregnation ingredients, carefully treat each cake with the composition, then generously grease with thick cream. We stack the donuts on top of each other in any desired order.

Sprinkle the sour cream cake thickly with fine shavings of chocolate, leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, and only then start tasting the delicacy.

Cooking in a slow cooker

Cooking baked goods in our favorite miracle saucepan is a pleasant and not at all difficult task.

Product composition:

  • thick sour cream - 210 g;
  • flour - 130 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • butter - up to 6 g;
  • baking powder - 10 g;

To obtain the cream, place a glass of very rich sour cream, the same amount of powdered sugar and vanillin, added as desired, into the jug of a submersible blender. Beat the mixture thoroughly using a home appliance.

Preparing the cake:

  1. We treat the inside of the multicooker bowl with a piece of butter. Lubricate the sides no more than two-thirds of the container.
  2. Combine sour cream, eggs and white sugar in a convenient bowl. Beat the mixture for 2 minutes with a mixer. Add baking powder and sifted flour. We continue working for another minute, then pour the mixture into the saucepan of the home unit. Set the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.
  3. After the allotted time, turn the product over and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the cooled cake in half and spread with thick layers of cream. When it is slightly absorbed into the tender pastry, we treat it again with the aromatic mixture. Place the second cake layer without pressing it against the fluffy layer.

Decorate the baked goods with chocolate chips or do it according to your tastes.

Almost no sweet is complete without a product invented by the Mayan Indians - chocolate. Sour cream cake was no exception.

Required components:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • cocoa powder - 40 g;
  • sour cream (fat content 25%) - 420 g;
  • regular sugar - 200 g;
  • baking powder - 9 g;
  • flour - 120 g;
  • vanillin;
  • dark chocolate - 60 g;

Cooking steps:

We offer a basic recipe for baking. It is up to us to improvise with confectionery flavors, natural flavors, and the external design of the cake.

List of products:

  • flour and white sugar - 200 g each;
  • a packet of vanillin;
  • powdered sugar - 200 g;
  • eggs - 6 pcs.;
  • fat sour cream - 800 g.

Preparation procedure:

  1. We pre-assemble all the components of the dish in one place so that they have the same room temperature. Combine lightly beaten egg whites with ½ amount of sugar and continue processing the products with a mixer.
  2. In the same way, beat the whites for two minutes until they form stiff peaks. Add a pinch of salt, then add a spoonful of sugar, using the remaining white granules. When placing the last portion, add vanillin.
  3. We combine both resulting compositions and sift the flour. To prevent the eggs from settling, knead the dough by hand.
  4. Pour the aromatic mass into the dishes prepared for baking, send the workpiece to the oven for half an hour. Divide the cooled biscuit into pieces. Their number depends on the diameter of the mold.
  5. Combine powder and vanillin with sour cream, mix thoroughly, grease each cake with the resulting cream, and form the cake.

The prepared dessert will be a wonderful treat for an evening tea party or even a decoration for a festive sweet table.

With added cottage cheese

You can make wonderful sour cream without using an oven. This method is especially popular in the summer, when the heat from the stove is not a very pleasant phenomenon.

Required components:

  • whole milk - 100 ml;
  • gelatin - 15 g;
  • vanillin;
  • high-quality cottage cheese, thick sour cream - 500 g each;
  • regular sugar (can be replaced with liquid honey) - 60 g;
  • cocoa powder - 50 g;
  • fresh berries.

Cooking technology:

  1. Initially, dissolve the gelatin in half the milk composition and leave it to swell for two hours. When all the grains are combined with the liquid, pour in the rest of the milk and continue cooking in a water bath. Heat (do not boil!) the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved. By the time it is placed in the dough, the jelly-like component should have cooled.
  2. Place the cottage cheese and sugar in a spacious bowl, grind the products thoroughly, then add homemade sour cream and vanillin. Mix everything well, we get a homogeneous mass without lumps, a little liquid consistency.
  3. Add the prepared gelatin to the sour cream mixture, lightly process the dough with a blender, and then divide it in half. Pour cocoa powder into one part, and well-washed and dried strawberries into the other.
  4. Now use a tablespoon to place the berry and chocolate dough into a silicone mold, alternating both products. We lay out the compositions very carefully so that the colors of the layers are clearly separated from each other.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning we remove the frozen product and enjoy the tender, deliciously aromatic curd and sour cream cake.

Sweet pastries have acquired so many variations that the eyes run wild from the bright colors and culinary images. This cherry delicacy is already beckoning and seductively teasing with its delicious fruit irresistibility.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 130 g;
  • fresh cream - 220 g;
  • baking soda - 4 g;
  • cherry - 300 g;
  • sour cream (35% fat) - 650 g;
  • granulated sugar - 200 g;
  • vanillin;
  • juice from squeezed beets - ½ tsp.

Cooking steps:

  1. Thoroughly grind the eggs and 100 g of sugar in a convenient bowl. Add flour, soda, 250 g of fat sour cream. Knead the dough slightly, breaking up any lumps.

Grocery list:

  • vanillin;
  • filtered water - 200 ml;
  • vegetable oil;
  • whole milk - 1 l;
  • granulated sugar - 250 g;
  • eggs - 6 pcs.;
  • homemade sour cream - 250 g;
  • baking soda - 5 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour ½ liter of milk into the bowl, add eggs, add a spoonful of sugar, and beat the mixture with a mixer. Gradually add pre-sifted flour. After 2 minutes, add boiled drinking water and mix everything again using a home appliance.
  2. Now add soda. To ensure that the pancakes are thin and airy, we use only fresh product. Tested in practice!
  3. Pour 100 ml of odorless vegetable oil into the prepared mass, mix the ingredients of the dish with a spoon. Let the dough rest for half an hour, then bake thin pancakes with a soft golden color in a frying pan.
  4. Mix the remaining sour cream with white sugar and vanilla, beat the products well. The cream should be as thick as possible and not spread on the cake. To do this, keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  • flour - 240 g;
  • soda - 9 g;
  • cocoa powder - 35 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • a can of condensed milk;
  • table vinegar - 10 ml.

For the glaze you need:

  • cocoa, powdered sugar, slightly heated water - 3 tsp each;
  • butter - 80 g.

Prepare sour cream in the usual way. Thoroughly beat 700 g of homemade fermented milk product and 150 g of sugar. We get the impregnation for the cakes by mixing 20 ml of filtered water and 30 ml of cognac.

If a recipe begins with the word “quick,” this does not at all mean the possibility of a disdainful attitude towards the presented dish. On the contrary - it is simply magnificent!

  • granulated sugar - 140 g;
  • butter - 40 g;
  • homemade sour cream - 210 g;
  • soda - 9 g;
  • flour (preferably wheat) - 370 g;
  • salt - 3 g;
  • a packet of vanillin.

To obtain sour cream, combine 170 g of regular sugar, 600 g of homemade fermented milk product, and the desired amount of vanillin. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

Preparing the cake:

  1. Place softened butter and sugar in a bowl, grind the ingredients, then add salt, soda and sour cream. Mix the resulting mass, sift the flour in portions, knead into a homogeneous dough.
  2. Divide the product into 8 parts, roll out the layers up to 3 mm thick, and use a pan lid to trim off the uneven edges. Bake the pastry until golden brown in a non-stick frying pan.

For the biscuit: 500 g flour; eggs – 2 pcs; 500 ml sour cream; 40 g cocoa powder; 10 g soda. For cream: 750 g sour cream 1 tbsp. Sahara; Half a lemon.

Cooking method:

1. Beat the eggs, gradually adding sugar. Add sour cream and slaked soda to the egg mixture and continue whisking. Sift flour into the dough and mix. Divide the dough into two halves. Add cocoa to one.

Cooking method:

1. Beat the eggs until fluffy foam appears. Reduce mixer speed and add condensed milk. Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla. Gradually and very carefully pour the bulk ingredients into the egg-milk mixture and mix thoroughly.

2. Line a baking pan with parchment and pour the dough into it. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for half an hour. When the cake has cooled, cut it lengthwise into three pieces.

3. For the cream, take cold sour cream and beat, gradually adding sugar. Separate most of the cream and add finely diced peach to it. Add strawberries to the rest of the cream.

4. We begin assembling the cake. Spread half the cream with peach slices on the first cake layer. Lubricate the second one with strawberry cream. Place the rest of the peach cream on the third one.

Cake with sour cream: tricks and useful tips from pastry chefs

For sour cream, use homemade sour cream. If you use store-bought, it should be at least 20%. Before preparing the cream, place the sour cream in a sieve lined with gauze and leave overnight. This will remove excess liquid from the sour cream. If you are preparing cream from homemade sour cream, make sure that it does not whip into butter.

For the cream, it is better to use powdered sugar, then whipping the cream will be much easier. You can make it yourself by grinding sugar in a coffee grinder or using a blender. When whipping the cream, add powdered sugar gradually. The finished cream should not have a liquid consistency. You can add fruits, berries, cocoa, lemon juice or vanillin to the cream to get the desired flavor note.

To obtain colored cream, the introduction of food coloring is allowed. By adding gelatin to the cream, you can get a delicate soufflé. This is a completely worthy competitor to the Bird's Milk cake. The longer the cake with sour cream is soaked, the more delicate its taste will be.

  • Flour - 450 gr
  • milk - 250 ml
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
  • egg - 1 pc.

  • dry yeast - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 pinch.

For filling:

  • Sugar - 6 tbsp. l
  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • sour cream - 500 ml
  • salt - 1 pinch.

Cooking method:

In order to make the dough, we need to pour sifted flour, one teaspoon of sugar, soda, dry yeast, a pinch of salt into a deep bowl and mix everything.


Then beat in one egg, add milk, vegetable oil and mix. Then sprinkle the table with flour and knead it into a soft and elastic dough. Transfer it to a container, cover with a towel and leave for one hour.


After the time has passed, roll out the slightly risen dough on the table, then place it in a suitable pre-greased form, making sure to fold the edges.


Now for the filling, combine sugar, eggs, salt and sour cream, mix everything well until smooth and pour it into the mold.



And bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40-50 minutes until done.


Remove the baked goods from the oven, decorate with berries if desired, and serve.

How to bake a pie with condensed milk in a slow cooker


Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • Flour - 300 gr
  • condensed milk - 380 gr
  • butter - 100 g
  • egg - 2 pcs
  • baking powder - 10 gr.

For cream:

  • Sour cream – 20% – 600 gr
  • powdered sugar - 70 g
  • thickener for cream - 30 g
  • vanilla sugar - 1 gr.

For decoration:

  • Walnuts and berries - to taste.

Cooking method:

1. To prepare the cakes, beat the eggs into a deep container and lightly beat them with a mixer.

3. Carefully spread the resulting mass in an even layer into the oiled multicooker bowl, close the lid and turn on the “Baking” mode for one hour.

4. For the cream, combine sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cream thickener in a container. Beat all the contents with a mixer.

5. Meanwhile, after the beep, take the finished cake out of the microwave.
