Peel the fruit and cut into small pieces. I cut each tangerine slice into 2 parts. Such beautiful juicy slices, it even lifted my mood right away! We leave a couple of tangerines for decoration, simply disassembling them into slices.

Add three heaped tablespoons of starch and pieces of fruit to the curd and sour cream mixture. Mix carefully.
